All Sales Are Final
At Patches of L.A., all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products (iron-on and sew-on patches), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been shipped.
Why No Returns?
Our patches are designed for immediate use and application. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee the condition or verify if patches have been used, applied, or altered.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at patchesofla@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
Order Errors
If we made a mistake with your order (wrong item shipped, missing items, etc.), please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
