Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • International shipping is available. Delivery times vary by country (typically 10-21 business days). Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at patchesofla@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
